Catherine Lerer

Catherine Lerer specializes in the representation of seriously injured victims. She is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. She has arbitrated, mediated and tried hundreds of cases and successfully settled more than a thousand cases. With her vast experience, litigation skills and attention to detail, Catherine Lerer consistently achieves outstanding results for injury victims.

Ms. Lerer is a veteran in the courtroom and knows and is respected by present and retired judges. She has sought to achieve uncommon client service through the attention she gives to her clients as she shepherds their cases through the legal process. She prides herself on her outstanding communication with clients, taking client telephone calls and making herself available for meetings at times that are convenient for her clients.

Prior to founding McGee, Lerer & Associates, Ms. Lerer worked for over 20 years as a protege of one of Los Angeles’ top personal injury trial lawyers. There, she honed her skills as an aggressive litigator, trial attorney and top-notch negotiator. She consistently convinced insurance companies and other defendants to compensate her clients for top dollar and went to trial if she could not settle a case for its full value. She has always put her clients’ interests above all else.

Ms. Lerer is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. She received her B.A. from UCLA and her law degree from Whittier College School of Law.
