If liability for a multi-vehicle accident rests entirely on one driver, you will want to look into whether you have underinsured motorist coverage under your auto insurance policy. Your underinsured motorist coverage will provide benefits if the at-fault driver did not have enough insurance to cover the claims of all of the victims injured in the accident.
