If you or someone you care about has suffered injuries after being struck by a car, truck, motorcycle or moped, you should seek the advice of a personal injury attorney as soon as possible after the accident. Do not speak with the at-fault driver's insurance company; it could hurt your injury claim. A lawyer at McGee, Lerer & Associates, a Santa Monica personal injury firm, is available 24-7 to provide a free consultation.
