Bicyclist dies month after being Hit by Car

A bicyclist who was struck by a car on last month in Burbank has died from his injuries.

The accident happened on December 9th at the intersection of Magnolia Blvd. and Buena Vista St. at about 2:25 p.m. Bicyclist Henry Kuen, a 63-year-old Los Angeles resident, was hit by a motorist.

According to Burbank police, the driver cooperated with the police and was not cited or arrested. The police, department, however, will be presenting the case to the Burbank City Attorney's office for possible filing against the driver.

The police are asking the public to contact them with any witness information.
