Albert Villaneda

Albert Anthony Villaneda is a Senior Attorney at McGee, Lerer & Associates. His focus is catastrophic personal injury cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Villaneda learned how to prosecute a case from 'day one.' Executing effective trial strategies, Mr. Villaneda has recovered multi-million-dollar settlements on behalf of his clients. Having worked in insurance defense prior to joining McGee, Lerer & Associates, Mr. Villaneda mastered how to identify and exploit the insurance company’s defense tactics to benefit plaintiffs. His aim is to get every ounce of justice for his clients.

In 2020, Mr. Villaneda was selected by The National Trial Lawyers as one of California’s ‘Top 40 Under 40.’ This professional organization is composed of the top trial lawyers from each state who are under the age of 40. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law.

Mr. Villaneda earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice in California state courts and the Central District of California. In his free time, Mr. Villaneda plays Alto Saxophone in the Loyola Law School Orchestra.
