A car accident on the 210 freeway in San Bernardino early Sunday morning left one man dead and three others injured.
The single-vehicle car accident happened just after 2:24 a.m. on the westbound 210 Freeway, near the 215 connector. A car flew off the freeway and landed on Little Mountain Dr., 60-feet below the freeway.
The crash left four of vehicle's male occupants trapped inside the car. One of the occupants died and three were transported to local hospitals with serious to critical injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
