A hit and run driver killed a pedestrian on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Tuesday morning.
The accident happened just after 6 a.m. near PCH and Ramirez Canyon Rd. The victim, a female, was walking on Pacific Coast Highway when she was hit.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Witnesses described the hit and run vehicle as a white car.
