Bruce Jenner was the driver of a vehicle invovled in a four-car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Saturday left one dead and seven injured.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the accident happened at about 12:10 p.m. near the intersection of PCH and Corral Canyon Rd.
Witnesses reported that Bruce Jenner, driving a black SUV, rear-ended a white sedan driven by an elderly female. The white sedan was knocked into Prius in front of it, then the white sedan was propelled into oncoming traffic, where it was hit head-on by a Hummer. Jenner told the police that he was being chased by as many as 5 paparazzi.
The female driver of the white sedan was killed in the crash and seven people were injured.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
In a Multi-Car crash – Who Pays for the Damage?
Who pays for the damage caused in a multi-car collision depends on who was responsible for the crash. If one driver bears 100% fault for the accident, then that driver is 100% liable for everyone's injury and property damage claims.
