Injured on an E-scooter Outside of California?

What if you were injured while riding an electric scooter outside of California?  If you are unable to resolve your claim against Bird or Lime informally, and a lawsuit must be filed, you will need to hire an attorney who is licensed to practice law in California.

At McGee, Lerer & Associates, we represent Bird and Lime electric scooter accident victims across the country.  Each time scooters are dumped in a new town, we know because we start getting calls from injury victims in that city.

If you were injured, call us for a free consultation.  Even if we don’t take your case, we will happily give you advice at no charge. We know that the scooter companies and their insurance carriers don’t care about your injuries and have no interest in compensating you, even if their device clearly malfunctioned, and regardless of how serious your injuries were.
